Rode Wireless PRO

The RØDE Wireless PRO is a compact two-channel wireless microphone system with two clip-on transmitters and one receiver. It's built for filmmakers, journalists and content creators who need clean, reliable sound for two people without a full-size wireless kit, and it plugs into a camera, a smartphone or a computer.

Each transmitter records internally in 32-bit float, so even if the live signal clips or is too quiet, the backup recording can be recovered in post. With 32 GB of memory per transmitter, that's more than 40 hours of on-board recording. Timecode lets you line up the recordings with the camera quickly, and GainAssist, adjustable output gain and a safety channel help get good levels straight into the camera.

RØDE's Series IV 2.4 GHz digital transmission, with 128-bit encryption, gives a stable signal up to about 260 m in clear line of sight. Locking 3.5 mm connectors keep the lavalier mics from pulling out, the receiver has a headphone output with level control, and the system is set up from a computer or phone in the RØDE Central app. Rent it in Montréal for interviews, vlogs, corporate video and short films.
