Sennheiser MMD 835
The Sennheiser MMD 835 is a dynamic cardioid microphone head for Sennheiser wireless handheld transmitters. It brings the sound of the wired e 835, a popular stage vocal mic, to a wireless system, so a singer or presenter gets the same familiar voice without a cable.
The cardioid pattern focuses on the voice and rejects much of what is behind the mic, which helps keep monitor wedges and the band out of the vocal channel. Its balanced, natural tone stays consistent even when the singer moves off-axis, and the dynamic capsule takes very loud voices without distorting. It's a dependable choice for lead and backing vocals, speeches, hosting and karaoke.
The head screws onto evolution wireless handheld transmitters such as the SKM 300 G4 and SKM 500 G4, as well as G3 and 2000 Series handhelds, in seconds. Swap it with a supercardioid head like the MMD 845 to suit the voice or the stage. Rent it in Montréal with a Sennheiser handheld transmitter and receiver for a complete wireless vocal mic.
