The Sennheiser MMD 845 is a dynamic supercardioid microphone head for Sennheiser wireless handheld transmitters. It brings the sound of the wired e 845 vocal mic to a wireless system, with a clear, present voice and very strong feedback rejection.
The tight supercardioid pattern picks up the voice in front of it and pushes back sound from the sides, which is a real help on loud stages, near wedge monitors or when several singers share a small space. That means more level from the vocal before feedback, and less of the band bleeding into the channel. The dynamic capsule handles loud voices without distorting, so it suits lead vocals, rock and pop singers, worship leaders and energetic hosts.
The head screws onto evolution wireless handheld transmitters such as the SKM 300 G4 and SKM 500 G4, as well as G3 and 2000 Series handhelds, in seconds.
