Sennheiser SKM 300 G4-S

The Sennheiser SKM 300 G4-S is a wireless handheld microphone transmitter from the evolution wireless G4 300 Series. The "S" means it has a mute switch, so a presenter or singer can silence the mic between speeches or songs without turning it off. It pairs with a G4 receiver set to the same frequency band, such as the EM 300-500 G4.

The handle takes Sennheiser's interchangeable evolution mic heads, so the same transmitter can carry a dynamic head for loud stages or a condenser head for a more detailed voice. Its wide 88 MHz tuning range helps find clear frequencies on busy sites, and the RF output switches between 10, 30 and 50 mW, from low power when many systems share a room to longer range in large halls. Infrared sync sets up the frequency from the receiver in seconds.

The solid metal handle is made for daily touring and events, and two AA batteries last about 8 hours. A sure choice to rent in Montréal for conferences, galas, worship, karaoke nights and live music.
