Tentacle Sync C06
The Tentacle Sync C06 is a short, two-way timecode cable with a straight BNC connector. It links a Tentacle SYNC E or ORIGINAL timecode generator to cameras and recorders that send or receive timecode on BNC.
Because it works in both directions, you can feed timecode from the Tentacle into the camera, or take timecode from the camera to set the Tentacle. It suits cameras such as the Panasonic GH5S, Canon C300 and C500, ARRI Amira, Sony FS7 with the XDCA-FS7 extension, and Sony PDW-700, EX3 and PMW-200. It can also jam-sync a Tentacle TRACK E audio recorder from an external timecode source.
At 40 cm, it reaches from a Tentacle on the rig to the camera's BNC port without loose cable. The right-angle Neutrik mini jack sits flat against the Tentacle. When space around the camera's BNC port is tight, the right-angle Tentacle C08 can be a better fit. Rent it in Montréal with your Tentacle sync kit.
