Tentacle Sync C08
The Tentacle Sync C08 is a short, two-way timecode cable with a 90° right-angle BNC connector. It links a Tentacle SYNC E or ORIGINAL timecode generator to cameras and recorders that send or receive timecode on BNC, and the angled plug keeps the cable close to the camera body.
Because it works in both directions, you can feed timecode from the Tentacle into the camera, or set the Tentacle from the camera's timecode. It suits cameras such as the Sony FX6 and FX9, Blackmagic URSA Mini, Canon C300 and C500, ARRI Amira, Sony FS7 with the XDCA-FS7 extension and Sony PDW-700. It can also jam-sync a Tentacle TRACK E audio recorder from an external timecode source.
The right-angle BNC is the better choice when the port sits near a handle, a battery or other cables, and the right-angle Neutrik mini jack sits flat against the Tentacle.
