the Sennheiser EK 500 is a robust portable battery powered receiver.  It has a wide operational bandwidth and sports a balanced line output as well a 3.5mm headphone output. Used for professional film productions, it easily mounted on a camera or in an audio bag/cart.  The G4 system is backward compatible with all models of Sennheiser G2 and G3
